Each piece offered through The Copper Shaman is created or selected with intention.
What you receive is not mass-produced—it is formed through material, time, and energy. Because of this, we ask that all purchases be made with care and clarity.
All Sales
All sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or expectation.
We encourage you to take your time when selecting what is meant for you.
Jewelry & Physical Pieces
We offer exchange or store credit only within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
Apothecary Offerings
Due to the nature of these products and for reasons of safety and integrity:
All apothecary items are final sale.
This includes herbs, oils, bath blends, resins, and all body-based preparations.
Custom & Made-to-Order Work
All custom pieces are final sale.
These works are created in direct relationship to your request and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Energy Work & Services
All Reiki sessions, classes, and digital offerings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so your time may be honored and held.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.
